I'm Jarome Garcia, a U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant and the founder of Builtstead. I enlisted in 2010 and have spent sixteen years working with aviation communications and networks — building, securing, and maintaining the systems teams rely on.
Along the way, I've served as a technician, Maintenance Chief, and Chief Instructor. The work taught me to think beyond the initial setup: who owns the equipment, how it stays reliable, and whether the next person can confidently take the controls.
